STADIUM: Federal Gov't Approves Sport Center For Ogbomoso, Sunday Dare Laid Foundation
In his address, the Ogbomoso born minister said, he is committed to encouraging the youths to participate actively in sports nationwide, he added that the youths and sport sector plays pivotal role in the growth of the country, we as the government must continue to prioritize things that matters to building humans capacity and economy , Dare who established that the project was included in the 2022 annual budget and to be ready before the ends of this administration. He continued that the project is federal government project and approved by President Muhammadu Buhari.
"The choice of Ikoyi- Ile Ogbomoso is not far from it best geographical position , the national experts in charges of sports planning, design and venue experts after visiting various areas recommended for the siting of the project within Ogbomoso zone, recommended Ikoyi- Ile, which is about 30 minutes drive from Ilorin international airport, the easy route navigation and the abundance of map space for the project among other things were considered. " The Tartan Run track, Changing room, befitting male and female hostel, fitness and martial art gym centre, the ticketing boot, parking lots , public toilets , medical centre, security post, uninterrupted electricity supply, capacity grandstands among many other facilities of comfort will be available in the project construction.
Both our local-international players and athletes will be using the arena for trainings, matches and bootcamps. Dare concluded.
Present at the foundation laying events, Chief Olawale Ademola while speaking with our correspondence, says the contributions of the sport minister across the country cannot be quantified, he worked assiduously in the interest of Nigeria youths for building more human capacity and developing her youths, apart from this, he has a strong believe that leaders should get closer to the masses rather than just distrubuting money meant for developing our economy and space, this project upon completion will be the first of it kind in the state.

The Road tagged Maryland Christ Zion road was stopped at the middle (at Jodeb Hall), after demolition of people and church properties. Community went to him, called and sent him message for rebuilt of spoilt area but he ignored all the plea. It was Mr SUARA that came to the community rescue for what you people are seeing now not Hon Sunday Dare's hand work. Kindly be professional in your journalism course. And tell him to go and repair all spots that needs repair in the little portion he did at that area of his house at Maryland. He is trying but let do what doing well for future references.
