In the spirit of Ramadan, Oyo APC youth leader charges party youths, Congratulate Makinde 

The Oyo state APC youth leader, Prince John Oyetunji Aremu has commended the APC youths in the state for working assiduously for the party during the course of the election, in the statement sent to our correspondence, he said.

" The election process is over, and Oyo state youths of the all Progressive Congress must continue to hold forth, at no point must we be down, Only God can give power" the youth wing of the party in the state level strives hard, worked hard against all odds even without looking back. 

As I congratulate and welcome you all to the holy month of Ramadan, i call on all the progressive youths in the pace setting state to stand firm, go about doing your day to day activities peacefully, be more civil and be more compassionate in the holy month and beyond.

Our gubernatorial candidate has demonstrated the spirit of sportsmanship, the electioneering season is over and of course "we live to fight another day", on this note I congratulate the governor - elect Engr Oluseyi Makinde for his victory at the just concluded march 18 poll, long live APC, Long Live Oyo state, He concluded.

In a devastating incident, a yet-to-be confirmed number of 500-level Accounting students from Ladoke Akintola University (LAUTECH) in Ogbomoso, Oyo State, lost their lives in a fatal accident while returning from an excursion to Erin-Ijesa Waterfall in Osun State. The incident occurred on Wednesday evening, September 27, as the students were making their way back from the excursion. The ill-fated bus carrying the students was involved in an accident that resulted in a fire outbreak along the Ilobu-Okinni-Osogbo road in Osun State.
