Shittu Olaitan Abdulfatah (SOA) Emerges as APC Ogbomoso North State Constituency Consensus Candidate

Shittu Olaitan Abdulfatah (SOA) has emerged as the only Consensus Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ogbomoso North for Oyo State House of Assembly seat, to represent Ogbomoso North State Constituency in the forthcoming 2023 general elections, at the APC House of Assembly Primaries held today, the 26th day of May 2022.

Shittu Olaitan Abdulfatah (SOA) emerged as the Oyo State House of Assembly candidate at the APC House of Assembly Primaries held at Havillah Event Center Oke Owode of Ogbomoso North Local Government.

During the primaries, Hon. Bolaji 'Tunji accorded a stepping down hand to Shittu Olaitan Abdulfatah, after which 48 (out of 50, 49 accredited) delegates with their APC membership cards, queued and voted for Shittu Abdulfatah.

The APC House of Assembly Primaries that elected Shittu Abdulfatah was held in the presence of Security Agencies (DSS, NSCDC, Nigerian Police officers) and Independent National Electoral Commissions (INEC) officials Ogbomoso North LG and media houses, as such NTA, TVC News, Arise TV, Tribune.

The Primaries that elected Shittu Abdulfatah as the only consensus candidate was in line with the directives of the National APC time table and guidelines, which stated thursday 26 May 2022 for House of Assembly Primaries.

With the results of the primaries, Shittu Abdulfatah is now the only APC Consensus Candidate to represent Ogbomoso North State Constituency, in the Oyo State House of Assembly, for the 2023 general elections.
