President Buhari Appoints Ogbomoso Born Lawyer


President Muhammadu Buhari has approved a new governing board for the Citizenship and Leadership Training Centre (CLTC) to run its affairs for the next four years.

“The Board which consist of 12 members, drawn from the Six geo-political zones of the country, Nigerian Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture, the Military, National Council of Women Society as well as a Representative of the Federal Ministry of Youth and Sports Development is made up of the following,

"Barr Suleiman Dawud (South- West), Bello Usman Muhammed, Chairman (North- West), Kabir Oniyangi (North – Central), Audu Sabo Dantamas (North – East), Daniel Okeke (South – East), Anthony Otega Osigwe (South – South), Hezekiah Oladipo Adedeji (Nigerian Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture), DCP Rashid Afegbua (The Nigeria Police Force), Brigadier- General E.L. Etuk (Nigeria Army),
Commodore Aliu Pindar (Nigeria Navy), Hajiya Lami Adamu (National Council for Women Society), Lami Bature (Representative of FMYSD).”

The Grand chief Imam of Ogbomosoland Sheikh Teliat Ayilara Yinus II, in his statement made out to the press appreciate the Mr president for his kind gesture in appointing the Ogbomoso born lawyer, also a special appreciation to Hon. Minister for youths and sport development, Chief Sunday Dare for the recommendation of a competent fellow illustrious son of the soil.
