The stage is set again for the second edition of Ogbomoso marathon as the inauguration ceremony for this year's edition have been scheduled to hold on Sunday 29th August .
Ogbomoso Marathon is one of the road races in Nigeria which is aimed at discovering talents, and projecting them for opportunities.
The inauguration ceremony which will also witness the endorsement of the marathon ambassadors will hold at Talking Drum Apartment and Hotel at the ancient city of Ogbomoso at 2pm.
Recall that about a thousand athletes participated in the last edition of the race and its scope for this year is expected to attract more athletes.
According to the Chairman of Local organising committee, Prince Oyebamiji Aderemi gave assurance that this year's edition of the race will better all expectations with all standard inclusive.
